Jesper Breum, MSc

Chief Quality Officer & Co-founder

Prior to founding Tetra Pharm Technologies in 2018, Jesper’s professional career of more than 20 years spanned senior roles within the pharmaceutical industry, including at Biogen, CMC Biologics and Bioneer.

Morten Allesø, PhD

Chief Scientific Officer

Morten joined Tetra Pharm Technologies in January 2022. He brings more than 15 years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry, having held roles at Novo Nordisk, Lundbeck, and NNE as researcher in drug formulation development, and lead product and process development scientist.

Steen Jakobsen, MSc

Chief Financial Officer

Steen joined Tetra Pharm Technologies in April 2023. He brings over 24 years of experience in strategic planning, finance, and management, having held leadership roles at The Ministry of Industry, Business and Financial Affairs, Copenhagen Convention Bureau, and Dubai Economy & Tourism.

Jens Mikkelsen, MD PhD

Chief Development Officer

Jens Mikkelsen is professor at the University of Copenhagen in translational neuropharmacology, and an experienced researcher with an extensive publication record of more than 300 scientific publications and patents in the field of translational neuropharmacology. In addition, Jens has more than 20 years of management experience from the pharmaceutical industry, and has been involved in bringing several novel drug candidates from early discovery phase to patients.

Kirsten Harting, MD & eMBA

Chief Medical Officer

Kirsten Harting, Medical Doctor and Executive MBA has worked more than 30 years in senior leadership positions in the pharma and biotech industry. Kirsten has developed several new medicines, obtained global approval, and secured successful global launches within multiple therapeutic areas. Kirsten combines her solid development and commercial understanding, and has worked globally at Lundbeck, ALK, Novo Nordisk and LEO Pharma as well as locally and in the Nordics. Kirsten is dedicated to improving the lives of patients and their families.

Martin Caspersen, BSc

Chief Commercial Officer

Martin joined Tetra Pharm Technologies in July 2021. He brings 25 years of experience in sales, business development, and strategic partnerships, having held various commercial leadership positions, including at Nordea Finance.

Jacob Schlundt

Chief Marketing Officer

Jacob joined Tetra Pharm Technologies in May 2023. He has extensive knowledge and experience in marketing, communication, and event planning, having held leadership positions with Aon and FLSmidth.
